Shipping and Returns
Walkingcradles.com will send your order anywhere in the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship outside the US at this time. All orders are shipped via UPS. Make sure UPS ships to your location. We cannot ship to a P.O. box address.
Standard Shipping is free, regardless of the size of the order. Charges will apply for Express Shipping.
Express Shipping Charges are based on the size of your order. Prices and options for Express Shipping will be displayed during the checkout phase for you to choose from based on the items in your cart. Please allow one full business day for processing in addition to actual shipping time when placing your order.
Returned goods are accepted within 60 days of the date of delivery. A return form will be in the shipping carton. Please ensure that shoes are returned in NEW condition. Shoes that show signs of wear will not be accepted. It is best to try on your shoes on a clean, soft surface such as carpeting to ensure the product remains in new condition. Avoid rough or dirty surfaces until you are certain you are satisfied.

Be sure to enclose the return slip, including your name, address, and invoice number. This will ensure that your account will be credited in an accurate and timely manner. Please note that there will be a service charge if the original box is not returned with the product, or if the box is damaged.
